Individuals who need auxiliary aids or service for effective communication for the services conducted by Berlin-Wheeler should make their needs and preferences known to Berlin-Wheeler's Collection Supervisor as soon as possible but no later than 72 hours before the scheduled call. Berlin-Wheeler will make every effort to accommodate an individual that has a disability that could hamper communication with Berlin-Wheeler.
